Team 1 prepared us for every step of the restoration process, they were very transparent in what they did and best of all, they kept to a schedule and delivered what they promised. There are so many flaky businesses in this field that in a lot of ways, we were very lucky to find these guys. They treated us like family, a family with very hard and conscientious workers, and specialists who really knew what they were doing in terms of logistics and restoring irreplaceable items. Their body of knowledge in restorations is truly vast, and I can honestly say my house is better than when I bought it. When our house fire happened we were stunned, confused, and devastated. In the days following our fire we were inundated with calls and visits from so many companies it was scary and overwhelming. We had heard horror stories of construction fraud in California and didn’t know where to even begin. Thank God we met with Team 1 Restoration! It was such a devastating thing to lose everything we owned, but Team 1 made the process so easy. Marshall runs an honest business and everyone who works there was amazing! Our project manager Kristi was AMAZING and guided me through every step. Danielle was so helpful and accommodating with materials selection! The office girls were always so sweet and always helpful!
